        • Travel Documents
          Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel, with sufficient blank pages for entry and exit stamps. Visas may be required for Zimbabwe and Botswana depending on your nationality—please check requirements before departure.
        • Health & Safety
          This safari involves travel through malaria-endemic areas. Consult your doctor for malaria prophylaxis and ensure you are up to date on routine vaccinations. It is advisable to carry personal medication, insect repellent, sunscreen, and a basic first aid kit.
        • Accommodation & Meals
          Accommodations are in mid-range lodges and safari resorts with en-suite facilities, offering comfort while maintaining an authentic safari feel. Meals are as specified in the itinerary (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Please notify us in advance of any dietary requirements.
        • Transfers & Transport
          All road transfers, border crossing assistance, and scheduled safari activities are included as per the itinerary. Activities are conducted in open safari vehicles and boats for close wildlife encounters.
        • Luggage Restrictions
          Soft-sided bags are recommended for easier handling during transfers and safari vehicles. Limit luggage weight to 15–20 kg per person plus a small carry-on.
        • Wildlife Sightings
          Animal sightings cannot be guaranteed as they are in their natural habitat. However, the chosen areas (Hwange, Chobe, and Victoria Falls) are renowned for exceptional game viewing, including opportunities to spot the Big Five and large elephant herds.
        • Activity Level
          This safari requires moderate activity, including early morning wake-ups, game drives of 3–8 hours, and guided walks around Victoria Falls. A reasonable level of fitness and mobility is recommended.
        • Weather & Climate
          Weather can vary: cool mornings and evenings, hot afternoons, and occasional rain showers depending on the season. Pack accordingly with layered clothing and light, breathable safari wear.

          Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage is mandatory for all guests.
