    Transfers

    • Pickups and transfers from Kasane Airport or Victoria Falls Town.

        1. Travel Documents & Visas

        • A valid passport is required (must have at least 6 months’ validity from date of travel).
        • Depending on your nationality, you may require a visa for Botswana, Zimbabwe, or South Africa (if transiting). Please check visa requirements in advance.
        • Ensure you have sufficient blank pages in your passport for entry stamps.

        3. Accommodation & Meals

        • Accommodation is based on mid-range safari lodges or tented camps (as specified in your itinerary).
        • Meals are provided as per the itinerary (typically breakfast included daily; lunches and dinners may vary).
        • Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.

        3. Luggage & Packing

        • Soft-sided bags are required for safari vehicles and internal transfers.
        • Maximum luggage allowance on small charter flights may be 15–20kg including hand luggage.
        • Suggested items: neutral-colored clothing, hat, sunglasses, walking shoes, swimwear, reusable water bottle, camera, and binoculars.

        4. Activities & Safari Etiquette

        • Game drives start early (around 5:30–6:00 am) to maximize wildlife sightings.
        • Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed but the areas visited offer excellent opportunities for elephants, lions, leopards, hippos, and diverse birdlife.
        • Always follow your guide’s instructions for safety during game drives and boat cruises.

        5. Transfers & Travel Conditions

        • Road transfers can range from 2–5 hours, depending on the route and park entry. Roads may be dusty and bumpy.
        • Pick-up and drop-off points will depend on your flight details—please share your itinerary in advance.

        6. Payment & Booking Policies

        • A deposit is usually required to secure your booking.
        • Balance payments are typically due 45–60 days before departure.
        • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of notice.

        7. Park Fees & Levies

        • National park entry fees and tourism levies are generally included unless otherwise stated.
        • Additional optional activities (helicopter flights, mokoro rides, cultural tours) can be arranged at an extra cost.

        8. Connectivity & Electricity

        • Wi-Fi is limited or unavailable in remote lodges. Expect limited mobile signal.
        • Most lodges use 220–240V electricity with Type D, G, or M plugs. Carry a universal adapter and a power bank.
