        • Multiple visas may be required as this journey crosses Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana.

Zambia: Single entry if visiting from Zimbabwe.
Botswana: Single entry visa (most nationalities are visa-free).

        3. Packing & Luggage

        • Light, casual clothing in neutral colors is best for safaris.
        • A warm sweater or jacket is useful for early morning and evening game drives.
        • Comfortable closed shoes are recommended, as some activities involve light walking or hiking.
        • A sunhat, sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, and a reusable water bottle are essential.
        • Try to travel light, as luggage space on safari vehicles is limited.

        4. Activity Considerations

        • Some excursions (e.g., white-water rafting, game drives, walking tours) involve moderate physical activity.
        • Participants should be in good health; please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility concerns in advance.
        • Children under a certain age may not be permitted on some activities (e.g., rafting).

        5. Currency & Payments

        • ATMs and card facilities may be limited in certain areas—carry sufficient cash for tips, souvenirs, and optional activities.

        6. Seasonal & Weather Notes

        • The region has distinct dry (May–October) and wet (November–April) seasons.
        • During the dry season, game viewing is excellent as animals gather at water sources.
        • During the wet season, Victoria Falls is at its fullest flow, offering the most dramatic views (but prepare for spray and mist).

        7. Additional Costs

        • Visa fees, optional activities (e.g., bungee jumping, helicopter rides), personal items, and gratuities are not included in your package.
        • Travel insurance is mandatory but not included.
