      Please note
        • Travel Documents:
          A valid passport is required, with at least 6 months’ validity from your return date and 2–3 blank pages for visa stamps.
        • Visas:
          Most travelers require a KAZA Univisa or double-entry visa to cover Zimbabwe and Botswana. Please check the latest entry requirements before travel.
        • Health & Vaccinations:
          The safari passes through malaria areas —prophylaxis is strongly recommended. Consult your doctor about vaccines such as Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and Tetanus.
        • Luggage Restrictions:
          For light-aircraft and safari vehicles, use soft bags only(no hard suitcases).
          Weight limit: 15–20 kg per person, including hand luggage.
        • Payment Terms:
          A 3 0% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30–45 days before departure. Payments can be made securely via our online link.
        • Travel Insurance:
          Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory. Ensure your policy covers cancellation, evacuation, and medical expenses.
        • Accommodation Standards:
          Lodges and camps are selected for comfort and authenticity. Expect a mix of lodges, tented camps, and bush accommodations offering en-suite or shared facilities depending on location.
        • Wildlife Sightings:
          All game drives are conducted in natural habitats; sightings cannot be guaranteed, but guides do their best to provide excellent viewing opportunities.
        • Dietary Requirements:
          Please inform us of any special diets or allergies at least 14 days before departure so arrangements can be made with lodges and camps.
        • Optional Activities:
          Extra excursions such as helicopter flights, night safaris, or cultural tours can be booked in advance or upon arrival (subject to availability).
        • Electricity & Connectivity:
          Some camps run on solar power; charging points may be limited. Wi-Fi is generally available only in main lodge areas.
