      Please note
        • Clothing:
          Casual, comfortable clothing is suitable year-round.
          Neutral, dull colors are best for safari.
          T-shirts and safari trousers/jeans for cooler mornings and evenings.
          A fleece or warm sweater for early morning game drives.
          A thin long-sleeve shirt is useful for sun protection.
          In winter (June–August), mornings and evenings can be very cold—pack layers to stay warm in the game drive vehicle.
        • Essentials:
          Good pair of sunglasses.
          Sunblock, insect repellent, and a wide-brimmed hat.
          Binoculars and a camera with extra batteries/chargers.
          Personal medication (basic first aid supplies are available on safari).
        • Practical Tips:
          Travel light—luggage space on safari vehicles is limited.
          If you have recently traveled to a yellow fever area, ensure you have the required vaccination certificate.
          Check visa requirements for your nationality before departure.
