      Please note
        • Travel Documents: A valid passport is required for travel. 
        • Health & Safety: Please consult your doctor about recommended vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis before travel. Carry any personal medication you may need.
        • Luggage Limit: For camping safaris, soft bags are preferred — maximum 15–20 kg per person. Hard suitcases are not suitable for safari vehicles.
        • Accommodation Style: This is a mobile camping safari offering authentic bush experiences with basic amenities. Tents are comfortable and equipped with bedrolls and bedding.
        • Electricity & Charging: Camps are semi-mobile; charging facilities are limited, so bring power banks and extra batteries for cameras.
        • Meals & Dietary Needs: All meals are freshly prepared by the camp chef. Please advise any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) at the time of booking.
        • Weather & Seasons: Safari conditions vary by season — dry season (May–October) offers best wildlife viewing; green season (November–April) features lush scenery and birdlife.
        • Wildlife & Safety: Always follow your guide’s instructions. Animals may visit camps at night — remain in your tent after dark unless escorted.
        • Payment Policy: A 20–30% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due before the safari commences. Payment links are shared directly and securely by Cuckoo Safaris.
